<p>A sensor for detecting liquid and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The sensor for detecting liquid according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a base having at least a surface made of non-conductive Teflon; and a pair of liquid detecting electrodes provided on the base, spaced apart from each other through a conductive Teflon and electrically connected to each other by a liquid transferred to the base. In addition, the method of manufacturing the sensor for detecting liquid according to an embodiment of the present invention, which manufactures the liquid detecting sensor including the base made of the non-conductive Teflon, and a pair of liquid detecting electrodes provided on the base, spaced apart from each other through the conductive Teflon and electrically connected to each other by the liquid transferred to the base, includes: (a) forming the base in a film shape by spraying and drying non-conductive Teflon powder and repeating the spraying and drying multiple times, then heating and hardening the powder; (b) forming the liquid detecting electrode by printing the conductive Teflon on a surface of the base; and (c) heating and hardening the base, on which the liquid detection electrode is printed, to combine the liquid detecting electrode and the base.</p> |
