Light-Emitting Surface Indication Control Methods, Devices and Systems by Using Visible Light Communication

One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method and a device for controlling a light emitting surface display device and a terminal by using visible light communication. Provided is a light emitting surface display control system comprising a traffic signal control device, a traffic signal display device, and the light emitting surface display device. The traffic signal control device generates and sets a traffic display signal and a surface display signal based on received traffic information. The traffic signal control device transmits the traffic display signal and the surface display signal. The traffic signal display device displays the traffic display signal on a display unit based on the received traffic display signal. The light emitting surface display device receives the surface display signal by using the visible light communication from the traffic signal control device. The light emitting surface display device displays the surface display signal on a light emitting module by charging power with sunlight.
