A lid assembly (9) is constituted by a lid body (14) which closes a pressure container (5) and by a lid nut (15). The pressure container (5) is provided with a step section (11) formed by increasing the diameter of the inner peripheral surface of the pressure container (5), and the lid body (14) is provided with a seating surface which sits on the step section (11). The lid body (14) and the lid nut (15) are configured in such a manner that a liquid-tightly closed or air-tightly closed pressure chamber (37) is formed in the portions of both the lid body (14) and the lid nut (15) where the lid body (14) and the lid nut (15) are in contact with each other, and a fluid inlet passage (39) which connects to the pressure chamber (37) and in which a check valve (41) is installed is provided in the lid nut (15). The opening of the pressure container (5) is closed by the lid body (14), and then the lid nut (15) is tightened. After that, fluid is introduced into the pressure chamber (37) from the fluid inlet passage (39), and the lid assembly (9) is fastened.
