PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch and its manufacturing method capable of preventing winding collapse of a coil wire in connecting a temperature fuse, and simplifying a wire connecting work of the temperature fuse.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic clutch 1 having a temperature fuse 4, includes pedestal portions 57a, 57b having locking portions 57a1, 57b1 for wiring, disposed on a flange portion 522 of a bobbin 52 while separating from each other, and locking lead-out wire parts 511 of an electromagnetic coil 51 led out onto the flange portion 522 on the way of winding to the bobbin, and locking portions 57a3, 57b3 for the temperature fuse, for locking lead wires 4b, 4c of the temperature fuse 4 while separating from the lead-out wire parts 511. Each of the locking portions is disposed along the circumferential direction of the flange portion 522, the lead wires 4b, 4c of the temperature fuse 4 are connected between one end 511a of the lead-out wire part 511 of one pedestal portion 57a, and one end 511b of the lead-out wire part 511 of the other pedestal portion 57b. |
