PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration element which reduces changes of vibration characteristics which are caused by an external force such as acceleration and achieves stable vibration characteristics, and to provide a vibrator, an oscillator, an electronic apparatus, and a mobile body.SOLUTION: A vibration element 1 comprises a piezoelectric substrate 2 including a vibration part 21 and a thick part 22 which is thicker than the vibration part 21. The thick part 22 includes: a first thick part 23 provided along a first outer edge 211 of the vibration part 21; a second thick part 24 provided along a second outer edge 212; and a third thick part 25 provided along a third outer edge 213. A first inclined outer edge part 26 which inclines in an X axis direction and a direction perpendicular to a Z' axis direction is provided at a corner part where the second thick part 24 and the third thick part 25 of the piezoelectric substrate 2 are connected.
