<p>Disclosed is an integrally combined spring pad producer, comprising a machine tool (1), wherein an ultrasonic welding device (2), a conveying device (3), an upper-layer material distribution frame (4), a lower-layer material distribution frame (5), a transverse spring propulsion mechanism (6) and a workbench (7) are arranged on the machine tool (1); the ultrasonic welding device (2) is arranged above the workbench (7); the conveying device (3) is arranged behind the workbench (7); the upper-layer material distribution frame (4) and the lower-layer material distribution frame (5) are arranged on one side of the machine tool (1); and the transverse spring propulsion mechanism (6) is arranged in front of the workbench (7). The structure thereof is simple, and the operation is convenient. A transmission mechanism drives the ultrasonic welding device or a thermal welding device to move transversely back and forth for welding, and the conveying device conducts feeding in a longitudinal direction for processing production, thereby achieving the automatic production, accurately controlling the product size, improving the production efficiency, and also avoiding the occurrence of breaking caused by the loose combination of each column of the existing integrally combined spring pad.</p> |
