PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with the weight and rigidity of a transparent conductive film mainly composed of zinc oxide with glass or crystal as a substrate.SOLUTION: A solution comprising a zinc compound is applied to a clay mineral plate for heat treatment, and a transparent conductive layer comprising zinc oxide is peeled from the clay mineral plate, so that a transparent conductive film of single layer is obtained. The transparent conductive film of single layer is stuck to a thermoplastic resin substrate, so that a multilayer structure is obtained.
