PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film having excellent adhesion characteristics, little contamination on an adherend, and easy releasing property when released from a roll state.SOLUTION: The surface protective film is obtained by co-extrusion molding and includes at least two layers of a surface layer (A) and an adhesive layer (X). The surface layer (A) is formed from a composition comprising 0 to 97 wt.% of a polyolefin resin (a-1) and 3 to 100 wt.% of an olefin copolymer (a-2) having a melting point of 200°C or lower and essentially comprisingα-olefin having 4 or more carbon atoms (where the total of (a-1) and (a-2) is set to 100 wt.%).
