TRAY TRANSFER APPARATUS

The present invention relates to a tray transfer device. The tray transfer device for transferring a tray having multiple camera housings arranged thereon in order to assembly camera modules comprises a first transfer unit; and a second transfer unit. The first transfer unit receives power by a magnetic force in a non-contact method, using multiple magnets vertically arranged in a general transfer section, and rotates rollers, thereby transferring the tray arranged on the upper part of the rollers. The second transfer unit is equipped with bearings for supporting and guiding the widthwise edge part and side of the lower end of the tray in a section needed for accurate transfer operations. According to the present invention, the tray transfer device transfers a tray by receiving power in a non-contact method, using magnets, and minimizes the occurrence of foreign materials such as particles by minimizing the contact area of the tray when transferring the tray.
