PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a copper alloy sheet having high strength, high conductivity, and excellent stress relaxation characteristic; a method for manufacturing the copper alloy sheet; and a high-current electronic component and a heat release electronic component, each using the copper alloy sheet.SOLUTION: A copper alloy sheet contains 2-22 mass% of Zn, and copper and inevitable impurities thereof as remainder. The copper alloy sheet has a 0.2% proof stress of 350 MPa or more. Thermal shrinkage in a rolling direction when heated at 200°C for 30 minutes is 50 ppm or less. |
