PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition useful as a medical material for antiadhesion excellent in dissolubility to water and having a moderate range of a gelation speed of a gelator.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid pharmaceutical composition which is effective as a pharmaceutical material for antiadhesion or a hemostatic agent, and contains: (A) a gelator which is alginate or pectin; (B) a poor solubility salt of at least one kind of acid selected from a group consisting of organic acids such as dicalcium phosphate and calcium gluconate and inorganic acids, and a bivalent metal; and (C) polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 1,000 to 20,000. Further, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition which contains an organic acid such as gluconate adjusting a gelation speed, or an alkali metal salt thereof. |
