PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foamable polystyrene resin particles which are small in foaming variation during preliminary foaming, allow the prolongation of storable period, and can provide a good foam-molded article even if they are stored for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The foamable polystyrene resin particles are obtained by incorporating a foaming agent into polystyrene resin particles produced through a melt-kneading process, and have a stuck water content in the range of 0.05-0.45 mass% and include a metal oxide within the range of 0.1-10.0 mass%. |
