A liquid crystal display panel, a display device and an electron device. The liquid crystal display panel comprises a colour film substrate and an array substrate, wherein pixel electrodes (7), common electrodes (8) and an insulation layer (5) separating the pixel electrodes (7) from the common electrodes (8) are arranged on the array substrate, a plurality of first bulge structures with bulges facing upwards and a plurality of second bulge structures with bulges facing downwards are provided inside the insulation layer (5), and the first bulge structures and the second bulge structures are arranged at intervals, wherein the pixel electrodes (7) and the common electrodes (8) are respectively formed on the first bulge structures and the second bulge structures. By way of making the pixel electrodes (7) and the common electrodes (8) formed on the bulge structures which are arranged at intervals, the transmittance of the liquid crystal display panel can be increased, and the image display quality of the liquid crystal display panel can be improved.
