摘要 A reflected beam from the eyeground (1a) is divided into a left-right pair of beams by a two-hole aperture (31) disposed at the conjugate position of an anterior eye part (1b) of an eye (1) to be examined.  A left-right pair of eyeground images having a parallax are formed from the divided beams at the position of a photographing mask (43) as an intermediate image.  The optical path of the pair of eyeground images formed as the intermediate image is split by a pair of optical path split lenses (51, 52) disposed at a position substantially conjugate with the two-hole aperture, and one of the eyeground images is re-formed on one half of the imaging surface (53a) of an imaging element (53) and the other one of the eyeground images is re-formed separately on the other half of the imaging surface.  According to the structure like this, it is possible to effectively obtain two eyeground images for three-dimensional viewing, without using a prism for splitting the optical path.
