<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray analyzer capable of performing correction quickly and properly even in a case where a peak shift occurs, and capable of performing accurate analysis in a short time.SOLUTION: An X-ray analyzer includes: first correction means that estimates a peak position in an energy spectrum obtained by counting means 10A, 10B on the basis of the total of counting rates obtained by the counting means 10A, 10B, and outputs an initial value to be a gain value for matching the estimated peak position with a reference position; and a second correction means that detects a peak position within a predetermined energy range containing the reference position in the energy spectrum obtained by the counting means 10A, 10B, and outputs a dynamic gain correction value to be a gain value for matching the detected peak position with the reference position.</p> |
