A coupling device for multi-part cases, that expands first to fourth cases from a coupled state to create a flat surface, said first to fourth cases including cases having different thicknesses. The multi-part case coupling device comprises a first hinge that couples the end surfaces of the first and fourth cases, a second hinge that couples the end surfaces on the same side of the second and third cases, and a drawing mechanism between the first and second cases and between the third and fourth cases, that draws out the first and fourth cases from an overlapping position, and causes same to be adjacent to the second and third cases without changing position in the thickness direction. The multi-part case coupling device is configured so as to: rotate the first and fourth cases around the second and third cases, respectively, said first and fourth cases being housed inside the drawing mechanism; rotate same around the first and second hinge shafts; open the cases; and form a flat surface. |
