Provided is a tube inner surface treatment device capable of treating the inner surface even of tubes that have not been configured to a specified length and of limiting production cost and which does not generate creases in the tube. The inner surface treatment device of the present invention is provided at least with: an extrusion molding machine; a liquid-holding vessel for holding an electrically conductive liquid; guide rollers for guiding a continuous tube immersed in the liquid-holding vessel toward the bottom of the liquid-holding vessel and for closing a portion of the continuous tube that is positioned near the bottom of the liquid-holding vessel by the pressure of the liquid; an electrode that is inserted into the internal space of the continuous tube; a gas supply means for treating the inner surface of the continuous tube by supplying a gas inside the continuous tube and generating a plasma; an output means for guiding the continuous tube with the surface-treated inner surface to the outside of the vessel; and a winding means for winding the continuous tube using a winding roller. |
