DATA TRANSMITTING METHOD AND DEVICE IN D2D COMMUNICATION

The present application relates to the field of wireless communications. Disclosed in an embodiment of the present application are a data transmitting method and device in D2D communication for reducing the probability of resource usage conflict in D2D communication. In the present application, a network side device receives a resource usage request transmitted by at least one D2D terminal for using the same D2D communication resource, and determines, according to the received resource usage request, at least one D2D terminal capable of using the D2D communication resource for data transmission, and then transmits instruction signaling to the determined D2D terminal capable of using the D2D communication resource for data transmission. Upon receiving the instruction signaling, the D2D terminal transmits data over the D2D communication resource according to the instruction signaling. The present application reduces the probability of resource usage conflict in D2D communication.
