The present invention relates to an after-sale gift service provision method for insurance subscribers. The method of the present invention basically may comprise: (a) a step in which a sales-representative terminal runs a gift list template application; (b) a step in which the sales-representative terminal specifies customer information, and compiles a text message in a user interface of the application; (c) a step in which the sales-representative terminal sends the gift list template to a specific customer terminal; (d) a step of giving feedback to the sales-representative terminal, wherein, on receipt of the gift list template, the customer terminal runs an event involving selecting at least one gift contained in the gift list template; and a step in which the sales-representative terminal contacts a gift sales platform so as to run a transaction event.
