When a high-adiabatic case is combined with a low-adiabatic case, the low-adiabatic case can be effectively insulated and the low cost can be realized. A cylindrical-shaped lunch box-receiving pouch (1) capable of opening or closing an entrance at an upper end has an extension part (6) provided on any one of upper and lower parts of a cylindrical part (2), wherein the extension part (6) is capable of being stretched in a height direction. The extension part (6) is composed of only a base sheet (7) and a non-extension part (6H) has an adiabatic potion (8), and thus, when the extension part (6) of the lunch box-receiving pouch (1) is stretched, the height of the case (1) is changed, thereby enabling free combinations of receiving cases according to the number of side dishes of the day. In addition, an adiabatic case is disposed in a region composed of only the base sheet (7) of the extension part (6) and a non-adiabatic case is disposed in the non-extension part (6H), thereby using the lunch box-receiving pouch (1) as an adiabatic pouch.
