The present invention relates to a fraction learning tool using a portable fraction ruler, wherein the fraction learning tool allows a user to fit multiple fraction bars to a fraction measurement board and measure the fraction values of the fraction bars with the portable fraction ruler, thereby allowing the user to learn the addition and subtraction of fractions. According to the present invention, the fraction learning tool using the portable fraction ruler comprises multiple fraction bars (200) on which fractions are separately marked according to the size of each fraction bar; a fraction measurement board (100) having a fraction bar holding part (110) formed longitudinally, wherein the fraction bar holding part (110) holds the fraction bars (200) to be detachable and is combined with the fraction bars (200); and a portable fraction ruler (300) having fraction gradations in order to measure the length of each fraction bar (200) fitted to the fraction bar holding part (110) of the fraction measurement board (100), thereby allowing the user to check the result of the addition or subtraction of fractions made by the multiple fraction bars (200). The fraction learning tool is provided to allow the user to quickly and easily check the results of the addition and subtraction of fractions.
