The present invention relates to an auxiliary machinery integrated power generation apparatus. More specifically, the structure of the power generation apparatus and auxiliary machinery thereof is simplified and the size can be also reduced by integrating and combining an auxiliary machinery system for use in accordance with an integrated package of an engine and a speed reducer. The front side of the speed reducer is directly installed on the rear side of the engine, and a main shaft of the speed reducer connected to the rear of a crank shaft of the engine. A driving shaft for driving a thruster is connected to the main shaft of the speed reducer. A pinion gear for propulsion engaging with a drive gear and a display driving gear are installed on the main shaft of the speed reducer. A cooling water pump and a lubricant oil pump are connected to the display driving gear.
