PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show effect of flow or flow and a susceptibility with favorable precision. SOLUTION: A gradient magnetic field generating part generates a slice gradient magnetic field, a phase encode gradient magnetic field, and a lead-out gradient magnetic field respectively along a slice axis, a phase encode axis, and a lead-out axis. A host computer 6 sets dephasing quantity for intensifying signal lowering due to flow of the artery and the vein in an interest range of a subject 200 with relation to at least one axis of the three axes. A sequencer 5 and the host computer 6 control the gradient magnetic field generating part to realize a pulse sequence for a gradient echo system including dephasing gradient magnetic field pulses in accordance with the dephasing quantity with relation to the axis to which the dephasing quantity has been set.
