PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blooming between adjacent pixels. SOLUTION: Unit cells comprising: a plurality of photodiodes 101a and 101b; a plurality of transfer MOSFETs 102a and 102b provided in correspondence with each of the plurality of photodiodes; and a common amplification MOSFET 104 for amplifying and outputting signals read out from the plurality of photodiodes, are arranged two-dimensionally. The plurality of photodiodes are arranged around the photodiode 101b adjacent thereto.
