PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding wire feeding device 1 which is arranged between a feeding role 10 and a conduit cable 2, and can simplify replacement work of a wire guide 50 that is a wire passage member to send out the welding wire 3 into the conduit cable 2. SOLUTION: A groove part 50a is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the wire guide 50 at its end on the side of the feeding role 10. A locking section 60c can squeeze the wire guide 50 in the radius direction elastically, and a locking member 60 can be bitten into the groove part 50a to lock the wire guide. When the wire guide 50 is replaced, by pushing the end of the wire guide 50 on the side of the feeding role 10 in the wire feeding direction against the elasticity of the locking member 60, locking of the groove part 50a is released and the wire guide 50 can be removed.
