PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite ceramic material that has high distributability and composition controllability of zirconia particles and nickel, many three-phase interfaces, and high electron conductivity, a method of manufacturing the composite ceramic material, and a solid oxide type fuel cell.SOLUTION: This composite ceramic material includes a three-dimensional network skeleton structure where zirconia particles made of yttria-stabilized zirconia are bonded, and nickel oxide is bonded to the surface of the network skeleton structure. |
