PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding mounting device capable of securing sufficient strength without causing a mounting error, by combining a body side fixing tool with a molding fixing tool. SOLUTION: The molding mounting device includes: the body side fixing tool (35); and the molding fixing tool (40). The body side fixing tool is formed into a cylindrical shape, and includes a lower stage part (33a) and an upper stage part (33b) larger than the lower stage part in diameter, and the top surface of the upper stage part is formed with a recess (34). The molding fixing tool includes a molding engagement part (42) which holds a molding (60), and a base part (41) to be fixed to the body side fixing tool. The molding engagement part includes a molding support part (43) which supports a cross directional end of the molding, and a molding engagement claw (44) to be engaged with the other cross directional end of the molding. The base part includes an outer wall (47) having an opening part (48), and a clip engagement claw (46) opposite to the opening part. The molding fixing tool and the body side fixing tool are coupled to each other by engaging the lower stage part of the body side fixing tool with the opening part of the molding fixing tool and by engaging the clip engagement claw with the recess of the upper stage part of the body side fixing tool.
