PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine equipped with a manual operation type merchandise conveyance mechanism in which the number of components is small, and a mounting operation is simple, and any failure is hardly generated, and merchandise can be surely extracted by a manual operation even when a disaster occurs, and to reuse an electric driving type merchandise conveyance mechanism even after using the manual operation type merchandise conveyance mechanism. SOLUTION: This automatic vending machine equipped with a manual operation type merchandise conveyance mechanism is configured such that while a hook part 41 of a link member 39 gets in from the back side and is locked at the lower edge side of a plunger 27 of a solenoid 21, a wire 59 is turned being hooked by the hook part 41, and the wire 59 is pulled down to lower the link member 39. In a normal state, the link member 39 moves upward and downward according as the solenoid 21 is electrically driven, and when the link member 39 is present at the lower stand-by position, a U-shaped drooping part 59A of the wire 59 is lightly hooked by the hook part 41 in a lightly slacken state.
