摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal terminal for a secondary battery which can achieve not only long-term corrosion resistance of a lead but also desired adhesiveness between a packaging material and a tab by forming a chemical conversion treatment layer containing specific resin and cross-linking agent on a lead surface in a structure that the tab, having the lead for supplying power to a secondary battery and sealant for securing a sealing property with the packaging material, is interposed and thermally welded by a lamination packaging material having polyolefin resin laminated on at least a battery inner layer side. SOLUTION: The metal terminal for a secondary battery is characterized by that the chemical conversion treatment layer (22) containing (A) an anionic polymer, (B) the cross-linking agent for cross-linking the anionic polymer, (C) a phosphorus compound, and (D) a trivalent chromium compound is formed on its surface, and the terminal is housed in the packaging material formed by laminating at least metal and polyolefin resin, and is interposed between opposite portions of polyolefin resin and is pressurized and thermally-welded.
