The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film showing excellent electric current characteristics even when applied to a substrate which has an oxide film formed on an electrode; and to a semiconductor device connected by using the anisotropic conductive film. Specifically, the present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film including conductive particles, wherein each conductive particle comprises a polymeric core, metallic particles touching the surface of the polymeric core, and a metallic layer covering the outer surface of the polymeric core and the outer surfaces of the metallic particles; and to a semiconductor device connected by using the anisotropic conductive film.
