<p>A device for imaging an object by electromagnetic high frequency radiation including at least one detector for electromagnetic high frequency radiation and at least one imaging device for generating a focus. To provide a device for and a method of imaging an object by electromagnetic high frequency radiation, which makes it possible to detect even a rapidly moving object with a high level of resolution, it is proposed that the device has at least one controllable element for changing the beam direction, which is so adapted that the focus of the imaging device is movable.</p> |
