<p>A device at solar' panel for the production of electric current at solar lightning is disclosed. It comprises a number of solar cells with plane surface, assembled to preferably rectangular units. Each unit is covered by an upper transparent sheet, provided with conducting means distributed over the sheet for conducting of electric current for heating of the sheet, The device is especially characterised in that the conducting means consists of a thin layer of conducting material such as a metal oxide distributed over the surface of the sheet, whereas at the edges of the sheet there are arranged conducting bars for the feed of electric voltage.</p> |
