<p>The present invention relates to a method for chemically producing multifunctional cells derived from skeletal muscles and a use of the same. Provided is a method for chemically producing multifunctional cells from mammal differentiated cells, wherein the method comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining differentiated cells from a mammal; and obtaining multifunctional cells by treating a p21 downward-regulated inducing compound on the differentiated cells. Through the method for producing multifunctional (or multipotential) cells of the present invention, myogenic lineage, adipogenic lineage, osteogenic lineage, or neurogenic lineage can be provided. The chemical material-based approach is important when strategies for inducing the limb regeneration of a mammal are developed.</p> |
