The present invention relates to an external light shielding film and an organic light emitting display device including the external light shielding film. The external light shielding film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a light transmitting substrate; a light transmitting layer with a plurality of insertion grooves formed on the surface on where the light transmitting substrate is attached by a predetermined gap; and an external light blocking member formed on the insertion grooves. An adhesive layer is formed between the light transmitting substrate and the light transmitting layer.
