<p>According to the present invention, an organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate; a semiconductor layer formed on the substrate and includes a switching semiconductor layer and a driving semiconductor layer placed apart from each other; a first gate insulation film which covers the semiconductor layer; a switching gate electrode formed on the first gate insulation film and overlapped with the switching semiconductor layer; a second gate insulation layer which covers the switching gate electrode; a driving gate electrode formed on the second gate insulation film and overlapped with the driving semiconductor layer; and an interlayer insulation film which covers the driving gate electrode and the second gate insulation film. The second gate insulation film may include: a second lower gate insulation film formed on the first gate insulation film; a crack prevention film formed on the second lower gate insulation film; and a second upper gate insulation film formed on the crack prevention film.</p> |
