<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a stable traveling state without giving a sense of incongruity and giving a ride quality to an occupant by maintaining stability of a vehicle body and improving turning performance. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle includes: a vehicle body which includes a steering part and a drive part that are mutually coupled; a steering wheel for steering the vehicle body; a drive wheel that drives the vehicle body; a sensor for detecting lateral acceleration and longitudinal acceleration which act on the vehicle body; a link mechanism that inclines the steering part or the drive part to a turn direction; an actuator device for inclination that operates the link mechanism; and a control device that controls inclination of the vehicle body. The control device determines whether the position of the center of gravity comes off from the range of a possible control, based on the lateral acceleration and the longitudinal acceleration detected by the sensor and when the position of the center of gravity comes off from the range of a possible control, stops the operation to incline the vehicle body, while carrying out inclination control based on the lateral acceleration detected by the sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
