PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for displaying volume data seen from a vertical direction in a tooth-row bow manner from a photographing condition without requiring complicated designation work or the like. SOLUTION: This X-ray CT photographing device comprises: an X-ray irradiation part 110 which irradiates an X ray to a subject O to be inspected; an X-ray detection part 120 which outputs an electric signal of a digital amount corresponding to an incident X ray; a turning arm 3 which moves a pair of the X-ray irradiation part 110 and the X-ray detection part 120 around the person to be inspected in a state that they oppose each other with the person to be inspected therebetween; a storage means 22 which sequentially stores, as frame data, the electric signals which are outputted by the detection part 120 accompanied by an effect that the turning arm 3 moves the X-ray irradiation part 110 and the X-ray detection part 120 around the person to be inspected; and an image reconstitution means 24 which reconstitutes the frame data stored in the storage means 22, operates them and obtains a CT image. The image reconstitution means 24 starts image reconstitution from the frame data in a position corresponding to a concerned region, and outputs the CT image corresponding to the concerned region.
