PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device in which photographs can be aligned and stored as an album for each of a plurality of persons of a family or the like only by inserting a memory card without considering anything. SOLUTION: An image display device has a mail transmitting/receiving function and a photograph can be transmitted/received via a communication control section 30. A plurality of users set respectively different mail addresses to an address book 33. Further, the image display device has an imaging device 8 and a face recognition engine 100 and faces of the plurality of users are registered beforehand for face recognition but in the case of initial registration, a face photograph is registered on the address book 33 in association with a mail address. When storing the photograph by inserting a memory card 60, it is judged through face recognition who is inputting an image at present and the image is automatically separated to a folder.
