PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet which can improve an adhesive force with a member to be adhered such as a circuit board, and also to provide a method of manufacturing such an anisotropic conductive sheet. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive sheet has electrical conduction through a plurality of metal wires 3 in the direction where a surface 5 and a surface 6 being two surfaces opposed to each other are disposed. An adhesive layer is provided on the surface 5, and the metal wire 3 has a protrusion 7 as an end which protrudes from the surface 5. A layer thickness F of the adhesive layer 4 is thicker than a distance B1 between the end surface of the protrusion 7 and the surface 5, and the metal wire 3 is prevented from being exposed to the surface 14 of the adhesive layer 4.
