摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method and a reinforcing structure of metal pipeline suffering creep damage capable of improving reinforcing effect by means of a steel strip when reinforcing a welded part of the metal pipeline in which creep is caused by high-temperature and high-pressure fluid therein by winding the steel strip around the outer circumferential surface.SOLUTION: A reinforcing method is a method for reinforcing a welded part 2 of metal pipeline 1, 1 in which creep is caused by high-temperature and high-pressure fluid therein by winding a steel strip (strip-like thin steel plate) around the outer circumferential surface of the welded part 2. Therein, prior to a winding process for winding the steel strip, an application process for applying ceramic type adhesive 3a (heat resistant material) which has plasticity and is cured with the lapse of time onto the outer circumferential surface of the welded part 2 is performed.
