Embodiments relate generally to respirators comprising a filtering mask and a nose or face seal, and methods for forming such respirators. The respirator may be a disposable respirator. The mask of the respirator may comprise a variety of masks, such as a flat fold mask, a cup molded mask, or other shapes or forms of masks. In some embodiments, a nose or face seal may be attached to the filtering mask to provide a seal with the user's face, the nose or face seal comprising a nonwoven, three-dimensional material. |
