<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing labor for utilizing an image display. <P>SOLUTION: The image display is connected to a general purpose interface of an image supply device. The device kind of the image display is identified by the image supply device as a specified general purpose device which is not an image display. Then, the image supply device transmits an image for display to the image supply device identified as the general purpose device.
