PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying material which ensures an early setting time and high long-term strength development properties and a spraying method using the same. SOLUTION: A foamed quick-setting agent is also provided comprising an admixture containing an alkali metal carbonate and an acidic liquid containing sulfuric acid and/or a sulfate. The spraying material contains the foamed quick-setting agent and cement concrete. In the spraying material, the foamed quick-setting agent is contained in an amount of 4-21 parts relative to 100 parts of cement in the cement concrete. In the spraying material, the admixture is contained in an amount of 2-10 parts relative to 100 parts of cement in the cement concrete. In the spraying material, the acidic liquid is contained in an amount of 2-11 parts relative to 100 parts of cement in the cement concrete. The spraying method includes spraying the spraying material which is obtained by combining and mixing foamed quick-setting agent obtained by combining and mixing the admixture and the acidic liquid, and cement concrete.
