PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide storage penetration equipment for rain water and others which does not cause problems such as deformation due to load and floating due to underground water and which can perform a storage penetration function for a long time. SOLUTION: In a storage penetration tank of rain water and others where inner partitions S are installed in the inside surrounded by an exterior wall W, the exterior wall W and the inner partition S are constructed by a square bar block b made from porous concrete. The square bar block b has a connection and engaging part for fitting ends of concrete blocks connected in the same direction mutually at both ends, and an orthogonal engaging part for fitting ends of concrete blocks disposed in an orthogonal direction mutually. The exterior wall W is constituted by piling a plurality of concrete blocks vertically in a plurality of stages and connecting the concrete blocks in a width direction in a plurality of rows, and the inner partition S is constituted by disposing the plurality of square bar blocks b to be orthogonal to each other in adjacent stages.
