PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having an opening and closing member for opening and closing a reception hole of a prize port or the like, which is made to be hard to break to prevent interruption of a game and maintain the player's interest. SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine 1 includes: a game area 605 into which a game ball is shot; a game panel 600 for defining the rear end of the game area 605; a second jackpot prize port 2404 opening upward in a front surface of the game panel 600 and receiving a game ball; a second opening and closing member 2502 disposed above the second jackpot prize port 2404, and moving forward and backward between a closing position at which the second opening and closing member advances forward from the front surface of the game panel 600 to prevent the reception of the game ball into the second jackpot prize port 2404, and an opening position at which the front end of the second opening and closing member moves backward to allow the second jackpot prize port 2404 to receive the game ball; and a front plate member 2458 having a front end disposed at substantially the same height as the second opening and closing member 2502, and disposed at a position at which a gap SK1 for preventing the passage of the game ball therethrough is formed between the front plate member and the front end of the second opening and closing member 2502 located at the closing position.
