PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin tube for open rack type vaporizer, which has a shape for reliably forming a coating on a surface of a valley portion between fins by clad molding. SOLUTION: The fin tube 1 constitutes a heat exchange panel of the open rack type vaporizer. The fin tube 1 includes a base material 10 which comprises a cylindrical body portion 11 and a plurality of fins 12 protruded outward from an outer peripheral surface of the body portion 11, and a coating 2 for a sacrificial anode which covers an outer peripheral surface of the base material 10. The base material 10 and the coating 2 are clad-molded by plastically deforming a double-structure billet composed of a base billet and a coating billet disposed on an outer periphery thereof. The valley portion 3 between the adjacent fins 12 is formed in an arc shape which smoothly connects side surfaces of the fins 12 together, and presents a shape which becomes convex toward the center A of the body portion 11.
