The present invention relates to a system for providing a digital menu board based on a near field communication (NFC) tag and a method for providing a digital menu board based on an NFC tag using the same. The system for providing a digital menu board based on an NFC tag of the present invention comprises a smartphone (20) recognizing an NFC tag (10) to obtain URL information for accessing a digital menu board from the NFC tag (10); a digital menu board providing server (40) granting a request of the smartphone (20) for accessing through a communication network (30) using the obtained URL information and transmitting menu information according to the obtained URL information to the smartphone (20) to display the menu information; and a mobile payment server (60) performing mobile payment according to a mobile payment request from the smartphone (20) through the communication network (30) with respect to a menu selected by a user of the smartphone (20) from among the displayed menu information. Thus, when the user who carries the smartphone (20) visits a restaurant, or the like, the user may be provided with a detailed digital menu board and immediately order and pay by simply bringing the smartphone into contact with a small NFC tag attached to a table, without having to install an application for displaying a menu or sign up for a membership and log in. |
