<p>Disclosed is a probe needle module. The probe needle module is configured to transmit a test signal of a tester device to a device under test (DUT) in order to perform electricity testing. The probe needle module includes a board, a holder and at least one probe needle row. The holder is disposed on the board. The at least one probe needle row is aligned in a first direction. Each of the at least one probe needle row has a plurality of needle groups in a second direction. Each of the probe needle groups includes a plurality of probe needles. Each of the probe needles includes a contact portion and a cantilever portion. One end of the cantilever portion is connected to the board, and the other end of the cantilever portion is connected to the contact portion. There is an included angle between the contact portion and the cantilever portion.</p> |
