<p>The present invention relates to a sleeve for a steel plate, which is mounted in a tension reel having an outer circumferential surface around which a steel plate (1) is wound in the form of a coil. The sleeve includes: a base part (10) of a rubber material, making contact with an outer circumferential surface of the tension reel and having a cylindrical shape; a cord (20) wound around an outer circumferential surface of the base part (10) in a spiral direction and having a mesh shape; a tube (30) having a lateral side making contact with a top surface of the cord (20) to cover the cord (20), and filled with gas; and a surface layer part (40) made up of a rubber material and installed on a top surface of the tube (30). According to the present invention, due to the above structure, when the steel plate is wound around the sleeve, the end-mark can be effectively prevented.</p> |
