PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that reduces a risk of setting omission of settings of an automatic vending machine in article replacement that an operator manually performs. SOLUTION: A portable terminal acquires a master table stored in a server and installation data stored in an automatic vending machine, photographs a face image of the automatic vending machine to generate image analysis data from the photographed face image, determines by comparison whether the installation data of the automatic vending machine is set as represented on a face of the automatic vending machine, and reports that the automatic vending machine should be set when it is determined that the installation data is not set as represented on the face of the automatic vending machine. Further, the portable terminal generates change data for changing a value in an update object place of sale article information of the automatic vending machine acquired by acquisition means and stored in an information processing terminal by using the image analysis data and the sale article information, and transmits the generated change data to the information processing terminal.
